You won’t be subject to threats or intimidation during the collection process and we won’t use your contacts or social networks to intimidate you. And all repercussions of non-payment will be clearly stated upfront (e.g. impact on credit).

Privacy

Consent and be made aware of what data and device control PayJoy has, and why. Rely on PayJoy to hold their confidential data securely.

Device Returns

Return a working device in good faith and have your loan obligation closed on return, with no negative credit impact.

How to apply?

You need to apply in-store at any PayJoy approved distributor.

When is my first payment due?

7 days after purchase, you will need to make the first payment.

How many phones can I purchase with PayJoy at once?

you can only purchase one phone at a time with PayJoy. Once you finish paying for your first smartphone, you can apply for another one.

How do I know what my weekly or monthly payment amout will be?

Your repayment amount will be on the contract sent to you on email and it will also be displayed on the PayJoy App.

What if I miss a payment?

Your phone will lock. You wont be able to use it except for when you dial our PayJoy's contact center or emergency calls. Once the payment is made the phone will unlock and normal usage of it will return.

The smartphone come with warranty?

The smartphones come with a manufacturer’s warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects, you can email support-ph@payjoy.com for more information.
