How to make your payments

Choose the payment term
Check that it is the exact amount

Pay at an authorized store.

Go to your PayJoy app

In the app you will find “Make payment” here you can find “Phone store” to pay with cash.

Go to your nearest Partner Store

Ask the store that you want to make a payment and provide your Device TAG and choose the fee to pay.

You will receive the proof of your payment

After making a payment you will get a receipt, always remember to save your receipts for doubts and clarification.
